Closer Role Overview
You’ll be closing high-ticket coaching offers that genuinely change lives.
The Details:
The Details:
- Markets: Dating, Health, Finance
- Offer price point: $4,900–$14,900 (payment plans available)
- Commission: 10% per sale
- Typical earnings: $10,000–$20,000+ per month
- Unlimited earning potential – no cap on commissions
- Monthly performance bonuses: $2,000–$10,000
- Paid monthly on collected revenue
- Call volume: 6–7 pre-booked inbound calls per day
This role is built for closers who want high volume, high trust leads, and high upside.
Qualifications
- At least 3 months of sales experience (phone, Zoom, or high-ticket preferred)
- Positive, winning attitude with strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to learn and execute multiple pitches across different offers
- Coachable mindset and openness to feedback
- Strong communication and listening skills
Technical & Workflow Skills:
- Comfortable working inside project management software (Basecamp or similar)
- Comfortable managing calendar software and showing up on time, every time
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow SOPs.
