Notes on Data:
  • Averages are calculated using the number of actual weeks of Sunday Services, Student Events, etc. as the denominator.  A full quarter is 13 weeks, but quarter-to-date (QTD) reporting as well as quarters with Christmas, Easter, and Student Events, may be less than 13 weeks at Report Date.
  • Volunteer Data is shown for both Volunteer Slots and Unique Single Count Volunteers
    • Volunteer Slots are the Aggregate Volunteer Count based on Check-Ins. Therefore, a Volunteer will be counted once for each event or service they check-into.  
    • Unique Single Count Volunteers count each Volunteer only once during the report period
