I had scheduled a meeting to discuss overall budget items and explore ways to lower our total operating costs. Unfortunately, I had a last-minute emergency and was unable to attend the meeting. From what I see in email responses, there was still some confusion about the meeting time and how to join the meeting. I am reaching out to members to gather their input on the budget items and any ideas they may have to reduce the overall budget. Once we have had some collaboration and discussion through Basecamp, we will reconvene and schedule another meeting to continue the discussion. Aside from this, I have no other items to report.
