AGENDA

• We approved and published the minutes for November/December
• The AGM was started with sufficient members to pass motions
• All members of the committee (see above) was re-elected en-mass to continue for the full 2021 term.
• VL presented the accounts, explained how the £500 Warley grant funding was spent on the village Noticeboard. The de fib funding is still held in the committee account and cash tin with the balance standing at £146 which have £99 in the bank and £47 cash in hand (collected via the tin in Long Can Hall). We did temporarily have an extra £220 collected from the village for Christmas decorations for the village Christmas tree. This amount was spent on lights for the tree, Christmas tree border and sign. Huge thanks to the village for their donations. 
• There was no notifiable progress on Meadfleet since the last meeting.
• The Bathouse Plan is progressing well survey already carried in 2021, further surveys to be carried in May and Sept/Oct to align with the previous year’s survey 
• Discussions were held regarding the planned events for 2021 and are provisional as follows

• The Fountainhead PotHead Festival in August. More details to come.

• Halloween in October. More details to come.

• Christmas in December. More details to come.

• Due to covid the Residents issues list has unchanged from last year reviewed
