Elemental Meditation

This is a meditation created that will not only help you to deeply connect with the elements on a spiritual level, but also help with any kinesis you may be working on.

So, to being any meditation, get into a comfortable position, whether laying or sitting.

Though sitting would be the best for this.

Breathe deeply and relax your mind.

After doing this, imagine a grassy plain to begin with.

Feel the air, and wispy clouds.

The rays of sun on your face.

Feel the blades of grass across your fingertips.


Breathe in the air.

Do this for a little bit, get immersed in your setting.

After getting immersed, imagine one of the elements:


  • air (the air around you)
  • fire campfire)
  • water(lake)

or earth (forest).

Use all your senses to bond with it:


  • touch
  • feel
  • temperature
  • texture (if it has one)

what does it sound like?

How does it make you feel, color, etc.

Do this for a little bit, becoming one with the element, depending on what element you're working with you may feel the energy around you being to cool or heat.

After doing this you can try shifting the element, treating it as if it was part of you.

You can start by swaying it back and forth.

Then maybe creating spheres, or any shapes.

Shields and weapons, whatever you want really, just don't input negative intentions.

Do this with each element or you could go one at a time using separate meditations.

After each session breathe and thank the elements, because they can be used for many thing, and are very powerful, and when doing kinetics.

Try connection this way.

Once you get used to the plane setting you can change it to any setting you want.

My favorite is galaxies or space.
