Opening the Minor Chakras

To open the minor chakras, it is important that you have already opened the major chakras and have an energy flow to where you can feel it.

To open your minor chakras, just direct and focus your energy into them and visualize them lighting up with the energy.

Ideally, you should be able to feel them.
