The Lunar CRater Observation and Sensing Satellite, or LCROSS, sent two probes crashing into the Moon's surface last Friday morning, looking for signs of water.
Scientists and lay spectators expecting to see the much-hyped impact event were let down when it appeared nothing had happened.
The biggest observatories on the planet and even Hubble saw nothing, Hoagland said.
"There was and is a hidden agenda around this mission," he suggested.
According to Hoagland, "LCROSS is part of a carefully constructed campaign to prepare the populace for imminent disclosure."
"The President of the United States will soon announce that scientists have discovered ruins on the moon," he added.
Hoagland also commented on an NBC special about the symbology in Dan Brown's new book, the recent Balloon Boy saga, an upcoming 2012 show on the SYFY channel, and mass consciousness and the Princeton EGGs.
These events are part of a cascade of "synchronicities that are driven by this increase in the background physics," he explained, noting that we can expect to see more leading up to the pivotal 2012 date.
I was sent some pictures by a source who claims China will be releasing Hi Res images taken by the Chang'e-2 moon orbiter, which clearly show buildings and structures on the moons surface.
He also claims NASA has deliberately bombed important areas of the Moon in an effort to destroy ancient artifacts and facilities.
Pictures yet to be released clearly show nuclear impact craters and building debris caused by explosions in an effort by NASA to destroy the truth.
China is moving toward full Disclosure of the Extraterrestrial reality, if these images and future ones are verified genuine then NASA should be investigated for fraud and treason.
China will be releasing all the data and images from the Chang'e-2 in the coming weeks and months, let's hope this is the beginning of a new era.

Please compare moon image with this one that was recently sent to me, does this prove the image I posted is a fake, disinfo, or is it proof that NASA has indeed airbrushed important structures out of its published photographs of the lunar surface, and possibly leaked this picture claiming it to be from the Chang'e-2 Orbiter in an effort to cast doubt and suspicion on any further images that are pending release.
I was sent a further four highly detailed images of structures on various parts of the moon, if I can verify their authenticity, I will post on my Facebook page.
But the surprise here is that may not be the only intention of this mission - they have known about traces of water on the Moon since 1971.
India beat NASA to the punch, by being 'first' in disclosing the discovery of water on the Moon.
So, there is no reason really to detonate the 'alleged kinetic bomb' on the surface of the moon seeking traces of water anymore as India discovered this already.
The other theory is that NASA is gravely worried many other countries like China (who have planned missions to the moon over the coming years) may find physical evidence of such bases during their future missions and NASA wants these bases conveniently destroyed before they get there.
It's interesting to note that the LCROSS Lunar Impact is not going directly into the pole of the moon but to a scrutinized crater called Cabeus that lies near the moon's south pole and is enveloped in perpetual darkness.

Colonizing The Moon: The Vision for Space Exploration is the United States space policy announced on January 14, 2004 by U.S. President George W. Bush.
It is seen as a response to the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster, the state of human spaceflight at NASA, and a way to regain public enthusiasm for space exploration.

When the Vision was announced in January 2004, the U.S. Congress and the scientific community gave it a mix of positive and negative reviews. For example, Rep. Dave Weldon (R-Fla.) said,
"I think this is the best thing that has happened to the space program in decades," while physicist and outspoken manned spaceflight opponent Robert L. Park said that robotic spacecraft "are doing so well it's going to be hard to justify sending a human."
Others, such as the Mars Society have argued that it makes more sense to avoid going back to the Moon and instead focus on going to Mars first.
In a position paper issued by the National Space Society (NSS), a return to the Moon should be considered a high space program priority, in order to begin development of the knowledge and identification of the industries unique to the Moon.
The NSS believes that the Moon may be a repository of the history and possible future of our planet, and that the six Apollo landings only scratched the surface of that treasure.
According to NSS, the Moon's far side, permanently shielded from the noisy Earth, is an ideal site for future radio astronomy.
Unique products may be producible in the nearly limitless extreme vacuum of the lunar surface, and the Moon's remoteness is the ultimate isolation for biologically hazardous experiments.
Lunar resources include most if not all raw materials available on Earth.
The Moon can serve as a proving ground for a wide range of space operations and processes, including developments toward In-Situ Resource Utilization or "living off the land" (i.e., self-sufficiency) for permanent human outposts.
This has various benefits.
Initial return missions as recently proposed by the U.S. President and NASA can be done through space operations using the existing launch infrastructure and assets developed by the shuttle and International Space Station programs, plus existing expendable launch vehicles, with a minimum of new research and development programs.
The lessons learned from international cooperation during ISS construction and operations can be improved upon and extended to human missions to the Moon, Mars and elsewhere.
Initial missions could place scientific equipment on the Moon and return samples from areas never explored, such as the polar regions.
Extent of water and other volatiles important to lunar industrialization could be determined.
As future reusable launch systems begin operations, reducing cost and enabling higher flight rates, Earth-Moon traffic can become routine.
With humans on the Moon again, NASA's space activities would take on new vigor and public interest.
Throughout much of 2004, it was unclear whether the U.S. Congress would be willing to approve and fund the Vision for Space Exploration.
However, in November 2004, Congress passed an omnibus spending bill which gave NASA the $16.2 billion that President Bush had sought to kick-start the Vision.
According to then-NASA chief Sean O'Keefe, that spending bill "was as strong an endorsement [of the space exploration vision] as any of us could have imagined."

In 2005, Congress passed S.1281, the NASA Authorization act of 2005, which explicitly endorses the Vision.
The current NASA Administrator, Michael Griffin, who took office in April 2005, is a big supporter of the Vision, but has also modified it somewhat, saying that he wants to reduce the four-year gap between the retirement of the Space Shuttle and the first manned mission of the Crew Exploration Vehicle.

He previously served as Deputy of Technology for the Strategic Defense Initiative, and as Administrator of NASA from April 13, 2005, to January 20, 2009. As NASA Administrator Griffin oversaw such areas as private spaceflight, future human spaceflight to Mars, and the fate of the Hubble telescope. While he describes himself as a "simple aerospace engineer from a small town", Griffin has held several high-profile political appointments. In 2007 he was included in the TIME 100, the magazine's list of the 100 most influential people. Griffin's appointment as Administrator was associated with a significant shift in the direction of the agency. He began signaling intended changes at his Senate confirmation hearing.

Conspiracy Theory - Did We Landed on The Moon - by Fox TV:
Michael is interviewed on Coast-to-Coast radio about Adam's Calendar and Extraterrestrials.
Publisher and TV Producer Michael Tellinger discussed lunar anomalies and a new archeological discovery in South Africa which could reveal secrets of early man.
Regarding his moon research, he said,
"you've got to follow the clues and if you follow the clues, they will take you to a place that often makes you feel very uncomfortable but you've got to believe where your research takes you."
Tellinger talked about strange aspects of the moon which suggest that it is more than just a natural satellite revolving around the Earth.
He cited a number of oddities, including how astronauts spoke in code about UFOs seen there, instruments which picked up water vapor despite mainstream science saying there was no atmosphere there, and longstanding observations of lights on the lunar surface.
On what the moon may really be, Tellinger opined that it is,
"most likely being used as a base for extraterrestrial craft."
Later, he discussed a South African site dubbed "Adam's Calendar" which his research indicates is around 75,000 years old.
"We have found something truly remarkable, truly unique, and most likely the oldest manmade structure on earth," Tellinger marveled.
According to surveyors who have examined it, the site was "a circular structure, like Stonehenge" that featured rocks which aligned with "the cardinal geographical points of Earth" along with the solstices and equinoxes.
He explained that the dating of the site was derived from the fact that it did not match up with the contemporary position of the Sun, thus via archeo-astronomy they determined the age of the monument.
Speculating on what the site may have been used for, he noted that four separate psychics had all given the same reading for "Adam's Calendar."
Tellinger said that these consistent statements alleged that the area was at least 75,000 years old, the site of a lot of human sacrifices, and that it is "an active portal for extraterrestrials."
He theorized that this portal may have been used by ETs in gold mining operations in the distant past, as the work of Zecharia Sitchin suggests.

Lear returned for a discussion about photographic evidence for cities and mining operations on the moon.
He said that mining operations for such substances as helium-3 have been going on for years, and that antigravity ships, secretly launched from Antarctica, arrive at the moon in only one hour's time.

Lear also argued that the moon was towed into its current orbit by a huge electromagnetic vehicle, and that vehicle can be seen in a photo taken of the moon crater Tsiolkovsky.
He also believes that the moon contains a breathable atmosphere, as evidenced by photos showing smoke or vapor coming from the surface.
Joining the conversation during the third hour, Richard C. Hoagland concurred with Lear that there are artificial structures on the moon, yet he suggested they may be ancient rather than new.
If there is mining that is taking place there, it could be for the "retro-engineering of ancient technology," said Hoagland, who added that he does not think the photographic evidence supports the notion that the moon has an atmosphere.

In his first interview with George Noory, retired airline pilot John Lear spoke on a variety of topics which included his experiences as a pilot, NASA's secret space missions, and life on other planets.
A fourth astronaut died in the Apollo 1 fire of 1967 but the reason it wasn't made public was because he belonged to the "secret astronaut corps," Lear claimed, based on information he received from a "true insider" (now deceased).
