Just as there are children of God, there are children of Satan who grow up all around us – Jesus talks about this in the wheat and tares parable.

Christ did not say,
“You are not my sheep because you don't believe.”
He said,
“You don't believe because you're not my sheep.”
This is election in pure form.
The sheep were given to the Son by the Father before the world began (John 17:2, 6).

Just as the tares were burned, so also shall all that is unregenerate, perverse, and ordained to destruction be cast away.
