They are ancient spiritual technologies rooted in:

  • paganism
  • Hindu mysticism
  • demonic invocation

To engage in them without spiritual discernment is to walk willingly into the house of idols, opening doorways not to peace, but to possession.

The word “yoga” means “union”—not with Christ—but with Brahman, the impersonal god of Hinduism.

Each pose is dedicated to a Hindu deity, e.g.:

  • Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) = Worship of the Sun god Surya
  • Shavasana (Corpse pose) = Hindu ritual for death and spirit release
  • Kundalini Yoga = Awakening of serpent energy (Shakti) at the spine’s base

“Neither shalt thou bring an abomination into thine house, lest thou be a cursed thing like it…” —Deuteronomy 7:26 (KJV)

These are not neutral movements—they are rituals invoking spirits.

🧠 MEDITATION: SATAN’S COUNTERFEIT OF PRAYER

Eastern meditation demands emptying the mind, repeating mantras, and seeking “oneness.”

But Biblical meditation is active focus on the Word of God:

“But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.” —Psalm 1:2 (KJV)

Empty meditation:

  • Disconnects from rational thought
  • Invites familiar spirits
  • Often includes mantra chanting—which are names of Hindu gods

e.g., “OM” is a sound invoked for:

  • Brahma
  • Vishnu
  • Shiva

These open spiritual portals to unclean entities.

Familiar spirits.

False peace (serpent-supplied calm before deeper bondage).

Acceptance of New Age & Luciferian doctrines.

Yoga is the gateway drug of the New Age, rebranded for the West:

“Christian yoga” is blasphemy—mixing holy & profane (Ezekiel 22:26)

It prepares souls for:

  • pantheism
  • Christ-rejection
