Questions from session: Is there a way to tell when a collection was last updated?
You can see the last date that the CZ Task Update job ran by logging into Alma, and clicking on the question mark/help icon in the top right. It'll show the last update at the bottom of the screen, such as "Last updated from Community Zone: 08/05/2021"
The date on the collection is not always tied to when new content is added from the CZ: From UB's case 00954028 "If a new portfolio is added to an Electronic Collection (as opposed to being updated with new parser information, linking information, bib record information, etc.), I do not believe it will have a modification date, as the last 'modification' was it being added to the Electronic Collection/Service. The standard recommended practice is to consult the CZUTL to observe and filter for modifications, updates, changes, additions, and deletions from an auto-active or non auto-active Electronic Collection."
