1. Testing doc - are we ready to start sharing?

2. Feedback on Trouble-shooting doc

Gave Nancy feedback, this will be useful doc for other campuses, will put final draft in LibGuides
3. Local fields - any updates from conversations with the SMSP meeting?
Group hasn’t met yet, Nancy gave update on contributor display issues that have been fixed in Primo VE July release, OCLC searching will be possible soon. Heidi and Shannon discussed two ways that Primo modification requests are getting traction: through ELUNA route and consortial beta testing groups working with Ex Libris.
4. Update on Usability document
Jill posted doc in Basecamp, great starting doc, she’ll turn it into Google doc so that we can all edit, has good info that could be incorporated into future PR
5. Update on display recommendations
Heidi would like us to provide feedback and template for Primo Workbook #2, which will be due by mid-October. She’ll share doc with us. Workbook #1 will be campus logo and default Primo color.
6. Update on PR documents
Primo Save the Date_draft.docx - Discovery Working Group
Rebecca noted that she found Primo infographics, Esta looking for good overview, discussed release timing - probably September, let’s finalize by next meeting
7. Feedback NetLibrary, GVRL, and SUNY Press

Shannon gave overview of problem, various numbers of eBook records across campuses, can we manage centrally? Sounds like a good idea if we can figure out how to do it. Led to discussion of central collection of harvesting scripts, how external packages like ContentDM, LibGuides, etc will be managed, Shannon will ask Lynn for targeted demo on harvesting how-to.
