         2. ARDA - Hake reported that ARDA will kick off in March. Kern asked if the 2020 awards had shipped yet. Mickley confirmed they have not.

   1. Confirmation of bylaws mandated standing committee assignments. - Kern reported there is still one member to be chosen for the Audit Committee. All other bylaws mandated committees are chosen and some have begun their work.
7. New Business:
   1. Weber State Design & Build Day sponsorship opportunity - Schaffer moved to support Design & Build Day at Weber State University with a $1000 sponsorship and to offer an introductory first year of membership to any student wishing to have one. The motion was seconded and passed with no objections.
